Know Your Home’s Radon Levels with Certified Testing
Radon is invisible, odourless and tasteless — the only way to know your level is to test. Kingston Radon Solutions believes the company that fixes a radon problem shouldn’t be the one that produces the number, so home testing is done independently. We work with RadonTest.ca, a Canadian testing service that sells no mitigation, so it has nothing to gain from a high result: a 91-day long-term test using a C-NRPP-listed detector, analysed by a C-NRPP Certified Radon Analytical Laboratory, with the result reported directly to you.
If your result is above 200 Bq/m³, Health Canada recommends corrective action to lower it within one year — the higher the level, the sooner. Send us the number and we’ll quote on a system. After we install one, the long-term follow-up test also goes through RadonTest.ca: Health Canada recommends it not come from the company that installed the system, and we agree.
